Cancellation Policy
  • Services: Once a service has been initiated or delivered (such as consultation, store setup, ad campaign launch), it cannot be cancelled. If cancellation is requested before any work has commenced, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

  • Software Products: Downloadable or license-based software once purchased is non-refundable unless a technical issue cannot be resolved by our support team within 7 days.

  • Subscription Services: Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, but refunds will not be provided for the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy
  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days from the date of approval.

  • The amount will be credited to the customer’s original mode of payment or bank account, depending on the transaction method used.

  • Refunds are only applicable where:

    • The service has not yet commenced

    • There is a technical failure on our part that prevents service delivery

    • There is a double payment or billing error
